Palak emphasized life-oriented education than institutional education
State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak expressed his determination to conquer the world with 'innovation' like 'WE' as a unique model of Bangladesh. Promising to stand by these technology-based women entrepreneurs to build a smart generation in the implementation of Prime Minister's directives, he said, Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy was created in 2016 on the advice of Sajeeb Wazed Jai, giving importance to life-oriented education from institutional education. From there, with soft skills training, now less educated youths are becoming businessmen and entrepreneurs. A large number of women all about soft skills through India and We have taken steps like this Prime Minister's cost-effective, intelligent, Helping to build innovative and developed Smart Bangladesh. So we are with them. A dedicated space and seed money will be arranged for them in every hi-tech park in the country.
The State Minister opined so while speaking as the chief guest at the ‘All About Soft Skill Training Series Graduation Ceremony 2022’ organized by Women and E-Commerce Trust (WE) at the Bangladesh Computer Council Auditorium on Wednesday evening.
He said, Joy Bhai gave me the opportunity to work in Silicon Valley from Chalanbil. I learn every moment from him. I learn from you every moment. This life-oriented education is more needed than formal education.
On the verge of the 92nd birthday of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib on August 8, he announced a financial donation of 50,000 taka to 300 women of WE. After the speech, Zunaid Ahmed Palak inaugurated the digital registration of Women E-Commerce Entrepreneurship Summit.
Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Vikram Kumar Doraiswamy was present as a special guest on the occasion. iDEA Project Director Md. Altaf Hossain and WE Global Advisor Soumya Basu spoke on the occasion while WE President Nasima Akhter Nisha presided over the ceremony.
In his speech, Vikram Doraiswamy advised the present women entrepreneurs to continue the training program. He said, there will be no uniqueness in our business and presentation. Not by google; You have to make your own proposal. We don't copy, we innovate.
On the occasion, WE gave a presentation on 'All About Softskills' to the 14 participants of the Masterclass. After felicitating the guests, certificates were distributed among 350 Master graduates.
